浙江旅游安全保障体系研究

文章从旅游安全管理法规体系、旅游安全预警系统、旅游安全控制系统、旅游安全救援系统等几个方面对浙江省旅游安全的管理现状进行了分析,指出目前浙江省存在旅游法规建设滞后、某些法规标准执行力度弱、早期预警技术落后、预案实施缺乏有效监督、安全救援网络化低等问题,并提出了对策。

Research on Security System of Zhejiang Tourism

The article analyze the situation of Zhejiang tourism safety management from the statute system of tourism safety, the forecast system of tourism safety, the control system of tourism safety and the rescue system of tourism safety. At the same time, the article points out the problems of the tourism safety management of Zhejiang, such as legislation lagging, infirmness of law enforcement, unadvanced early forecasting skill, less supervising on the execution of forecasting scheme, low network degree of rescuing system. Then the article suggests the countermeasures.
