| Abstract: | In the nineties of the twentieth century, our country has put forward the general plan of running state which combines the a country's administration according to law with according to virtue, this article poses that we should apply the spirit of general plan of running state to direct financial work on the basis of the analysis of the historical origins and epoch features of our general plan of running state. |
