| 摘 要： | 本文从我国治理造纸企业污染中存在问题入手,基于博弈论的理论和方法,对造纸企业与政府、居民以及造纸企业与造纸企业、居民与居民等之间进行博弈分析。阐释了在治理造纸企业污染中存在的冲突问题以及产生问题的深层原因,并针对性地提出治理造纸企业污染合理的建议。
