| 摘 要： | 本文在分析了湖南麓谷高科技园区现状的基础上,深入剖析了该因区发展的制约因素,并通过对比我国不同地区高科技因区的发展状况,从政府和市场的作用以及园区企业文化建设三个方面提出了加快发展湖南麓谷高科技园区的建议。
