摘    要:中日两国存在频繁的经济往来,对比两国服务贸易竞争力,并对其影响因素进行分解研究,对加快东亚服务贸易合作十分重要。该文运用恒定市场份额法与波特竞争优势理论就中日两国劳动密集型和知识密集型服务业贸易竞争力及分解状态进行分阶段分析,得出中日两国服务贸易竞争力的决定因素存在差异、分类服务贸易出口倾向不同等结论,并在此基础上提出转变经济发展方式、推进区域合作,优化产业内部结构、保护“幼稚”服务业等政策建议。

Abstract:There are frequent economic exchanges between China and Japan, so it is very important to ac-celerate the process of service trade cooperation in East Asia that comparing bilateral service trade com-petitiveness, and researching the influence factors. This paper uses the constant market share theory and the competitive advantage theory of Porter to analyze the trade competitiveness and decomposition state of different stages of Sino - Japanese labor - intensive and knowledge - intensive services trade, and it con-cludes that the key factors of service trade competitiveness are different between China and Japan and the export orientation of classified service trade is also different. It further proposes policy recommendations including transforming economic development, promoting regional economic cooperation, optimizing in-dustrial internal structure and protecting “childish” service industries.
