建筑企业社会责任与可持续发展研究

企业肩负的社会责任重大，也倍受关注，建筑业作为国民经济支柱产业之一，在履行企业社会责任方面亦是意义重大。本文研究建筑企业履行社会责任的现状以及履行过程中存在的问题，并认为可以企业、政府以及社会等三方面入手来提升建筑企业的社会责任感，从而解决目前建筑企业可持续发展的“瓶颈”问题。

On Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development of Construction Enterprises

As one of the pillar industries of the national economy, the construction industry should be socially responsible. This paper presents a study of the situation of construction enterprise fulfilling social responsibilities and existing problems, aiming at promoting their sense of social responsibility, which is significant for solving the current choke point of the construction enterprises＇ sustainable development.
