| 摘 要： | 民营银行的发展在我国具有特别重要的意义。我国需要的民营银行只能是民营资本主导的银行。为了实现股东价值最大化的目标,民营银行在金融风险管理过程中应体现所有权利益和控制权利益的均衡,从而实现完善的公司冶理。
