政府科技投入、技术创新对产业协同集聚的影响——以长三角地区生产性服务业与制造业为例

技术创新是推进产业协同集聚发展的中坚力量,而技术创新水平的提高离不开政府科技投入的有力支撑.基于2005—2019年长三角地区三省一市的面板数据,实证分析了政府科技投入、技术创新对生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚的影响.研究表明,政府科技投入直接促进长三角地区生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚,并通过影响技术创新水平间接促进了两产业协同集聚,即技术创新在政府科技投入对生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚的影响中发挥正向中介作用.因此,政府应高效分配科技投入资金,增强技术创新能力,以促进长三角地区生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚发展.

The Impact of Government Science and Technology Input and Technological Innovation on Industrial Collaborative Agglomeration: A case of producer services and manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta

Technological innovation is the backbone of promoting the development of industrial collaborative agglomeration, and the improvement of technological innovation is inseparable from the support of government science and technology input. Based on the panel data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2005 to 2019, empirically analyzes the impact of government science and technology input and technological innovation on the collaborative agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing.The results show that government science and technology input directly promotes the collaborative agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta, and indirectly promotes the collaborative agglomeration of the two industries by influencing technological innovation.This means that technological innovation plays a positive mediating role in the impact of government science and technology input on the collaborative agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing.Therefore,the government should allocate science and technology input efficiently,and enhance the ability of technological innovation in order to promote the collaborative development of producer services and manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta.
