高校校园规划建设技术导则的创新探索及应用——以中国民用航空飞行学院天府校区为例

为加强高校校园建设的系统性和整体性,避免出现校园建设与学科建设发展需求脱节、发展理念与前沿技术脱节、规划方案与建设实施脱节、"千校一面"等问题,提出引入高校校园规划建设技术导则来指导校园规划设计和建设管理工作的系统化、规范化.以中国民用航空飞行学院天府校区为例,提出高校校园规划建设技术导则的编制思路、编制方法和要领,通过文字、表格、图示等表达方式,按照控制性、引导性、示范性的不同强度将校园总体规划方案落实到建筑景观、低碳交通、绿色校园、海绵校园、地下空间、综合能源、智慧校园等各环节,确保校园建设充分服务于学科建设发展需求,为高校校园规划建设技术导则编制和实施提供借鉴.

Innovative Exploration and Application of Technical Guidelines for Campus Planning and Construction in Colleges and Universities: Taking Tian-fu campus of Civil Aviation Flight College of China as an example

In order to strengthen the systematicness and integrity of campus construction, and avoid the problems such as the disconnection between campus construction and the development demand of discipline construction, the disconnection between development concept and cutting-edge technology, the disconnection between planning scheme and construction implementation, and "one side of a thousand schools", technical guidelines for campus planning and construction are introduced to guide the systematization and standardization of campus planning and construction management. Taking Tian-fu campus of Civil Aviation Flight University of China as an example, the compilation ideas, methods and essentials of technical guidelines for campus planning and construction was introduced, through words, tables, diagrams and other expressions, according to the different intensity of control, guidance and demonstration, the overall planning scheme of the campus is implemented in the aspects of architectural landscape, low-carbon transportation, green campus, sponge campus, underground space, comprehensive energy, smart campus, etc., so as to ensure that the campus construction can fully serve the development needs of discipline construction, and provide technology for campus planning and construction it provides reference for the compilation and implementation of the guidelines.
