互联网新时代青年网络素养提升路径探析

青年网民见证了中国互联网的兴起和普及,是新时代互联网用户的主体.青年网民在享受网络带来便利的同时,面临着网络信息辨别能力不足、网络道德素养和法律意识淡薄、网络过度依赖等网络素养缺乏问题.通过梳理互联网时代青年网络素养的内涵和现有的青年网络素养研究,分析现阶段青年网络素养存在的问题和形成原因,从加强政府网络治理、强化媒体监督、重视青年群体网络素养教育等方面提出提高中国青年群体网络素养的建议,期望进一步提高青年网络素养,引导青年网络参与健康有序发展,构建风清气正的网络生态.

Path Analysis for the Improvement of Youth's Network Literacy in the Internet New Era

Young Internet users have witnessed the rise and popularization of the Internet in China, and are also the main body of Internet users in the current Internet era.While enjoying the convenience brought by the Internet, young Internet users are confronted with the lack of network literacy, such as the lack of network information discrimination ability, weak network moral literacy and legal awareness, and insufficient network security awareness.By analyzing the connotation of the Internet age youth network literacy and the existing network of youth literacy research, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current youth network literacy and forming reasons. From strengthening the government network governance, strengthening media supervision and attaching great importance to the youth group network literacy education etc,this paper puts forward the suggestions for the improvement of our youth group network literacy.It expects to further improve the youth network literacy, guide youth to participate in the healthy and orderly development, and build good ecological network.
