| 摘 要： | 价值工程(VE)作为现代管理技术中的“点金术”,魅力无穷。价值工程的生命力在于,它具有技术、经济和管理紧密结合,交叉综合的特征。它以用户的需求为基点,以功能分析为核心。而“人本管理”作为现代管理实践中的瑰宝,在管理中的地位越来越重要。如果将“人本管理”的理念应用于VE领域,会使VE活动发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | Value Engineering is one of the most effective modern management techniques. The VE characteristic is a eombination of the technique, economy and management. It takes the need of customer as the base and the function analysis as the core. And people-oriented management is more and more important in the modern management practice. If we apply the principle of people-orlented management into VE, the activity of VE will be much more and more valuable. The paper provided brief statements about this. |
