| 摘 要： | 当前我国物流企业众多,很多物流企业认识到企业文化建设的重要性。但是在企业文化建设的具体实施中存在着认识简单化,规划不明,流于形式等不少问题,这种状况对于企业今后发展会有很多不利影响,针对这些问题,可以从全员管理,制度建设,严格考核,加强细节管理等各个方面进行处理。
