| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济一体化的加深,反倾销已经成为反对不公平竞争和保护国内产业的重要手段。WTO反倾销规则为各成员的反倾销立法提供了基本框架,我国有义务保证本国的立法与其一致。本文揭示我国在反倾销立法上方面存在的不足,并对入世后进一步完善我国的反倾销立法提出建议。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the integration of the world economy, anti-dumping has become important means of opposing unfair competition and protecting domestic industries. The WTO anti-dumping rules provide the basic framework for each member＇s anti-dumping legislation. Our country has the obligation to ensure that its legislation is corresponded to the WTO anti-dumping rules. This paper reveals Chinese shortage in anti-dumping legislation and puts forward suggestion of further improving our country＇s anti-dumping legislation after China entered into WTO. |
