| Abstract: | The paper proposes 5 kinds of methods according to the requirement of our army by using value engineering to research the approaches of equipment procurement cost control and analyzing the relationship between equipment's function and cost control.And then,the paper forms the execution steps of value engineering in the equipment procurement and achieves the good matching between equipment's function and cost.So the benefit of equipment procurement is improved. |
