云南民办高校教师职业归宿感的调查研究

教师职业的特殊性决定了教师职业归宿感的重要性。民办高校要想实现可持续发展的战略目标,构建教师的职业归宿感、稳定师资队伍是关键。本文通过对云南四所民办高校的教师进行问卷调查,发现民办高校教师职业归宿感的现状及影响因素,并提出了相应的若干建议。

An Investigation and Analysis on the Teachers' Sense of Belonging in the Private College in Yunnan

The specificity of the teaching profession determines the importance of teachers＇ professional sense of belonging.If the private colleges want to realize the sustainable strategy of development,the key is to build teachers＇ sense of belonging and stabilize the teaching staff structure.Based on the questionnaire survey of teachers＇ from four private colleges in Yunnan province,the present situation and influencing factors of private college teachers＇ sense of belonging are found and some related solutions are proposed.
