内调焦望远镜调焦镜的运行误差及其解决方案研究

摘    要:分析了内调焦望远镜的调焦镜运行误差产生的原因、误差大小的计算与测定方法,通过实例计算表明,调焦镜在移动过程中只要存在0.01mm的偏离,视准轴就会产生4.2″的方向误差,说明调焦镜在移动过程中的晃动是引起其运行误差的根本原因。最后从修理的角度提出了减小调焦镜晃动量从而降低调焦镜运行误差的几种实用方法,实践证明这些技术措施是行之有效的。

Abstract:The reasons of run error about focusing lens are analyzed, and its error size is compulated and determinated. Through the example it shows that there is 0.01mm deviation while the focusing lens is moving, and the lateral error of the collimation axis is 4.2", which has shown that the basic cause for the run error is the rock while moving of the focusing lens. Finally, from the repair angle, several practice means have been proved to reduce the rock level of the focusing lens and then the run error level has been reduced, and these technical measures have been proved to be very effective.
