语言学是一门研究人类语言的学科。语言是不同种族、不同文化和不同性别的人们用来相互交流的一种工具。因此,在语言的教学过程中,对文化背景知识的了解是必不可少的。因此,在英语教学中,教师应有意识地对学生传授一些相关的文化背景知识,使学生了解各种文化之间的差异,掌握正确的表达方法,提高英语综合运用能力。

Preliminary Discussion on the Cultural Difference and English Teaching

Linguistics is a discipline that studies human languages.Language is used as a tool to communicate with each other of different races and different cultures.Therefore,in the language teaching process,the understanding of cultural background knowledge is essential.Thus,in English teaching,teachers should teach the students conscious of the cultural background,so that students understand the differences between different cultures,master the correct expression method and improve comprehensive practical abilities in English.
