| 摘 要： | 近年来,物流企业在我国市场经济发展过程中作用日益凸显出来。但物流企业本身在发展过程中也面临诸多问题:信息系统滞后;企业结构臃肿等等。本文以南通某物流集团作为研究的蓝本,在分析其存在问题的基础之上,提出针对性的解决措施,以求裨益于物流公司健康发展。
