| 摘 要： | 根据笔者多年对速滑运动的训练的经验,认为速滑的教学是一个系统的培养工程,必须有科学的培养的计划,对于选材和训练方法以及指导思想等都必须提前有一个目的性的规划,建议分为不同的周期,在每个周期进行不同的训练。

| Abstract: | According to the author＇s years of training at speed skating,the author thinks that speed skating is a systematic cultivation project which must have a scientific training plan.There must be an aimed plan for material selection and training method in advance. It is suggested be divided into different cycles with each cycle has different training. |
