模糊优选法和层次分析法在人才招聘中的应用研究

摘    要:人才招聘是企业实施人才战略,优化配置人力资源的重要工作。本文引用模糊思维的理论与方法将招聘过程中各类主观的评价与考核客观化,清晰体现应聘者之间的能力差异,同时引入层次分析法,对人才模糊优选中的各影响因素赋予合理权重,进一步提升方法的客观性。本文研究的方法经实例分析验证,具有可靠性,对于人才招聘优选具有一定参考意义。
