| 摘 要： | 入世以来，中国面临的贸易摩擦问题日益严重，认识和把握中国贸易摩擦时代的特征及其成因，并积极寻求贸易摩擦的解决对策，是中国发展对外贸易的一个重要课题。本文就我国遭遇贸易摩擦的新特点及内在原因进行了分析并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Since joining the WTO, China is facing increasingly serious trade frictions. It is important to understand the characteristics of China＇s trade friction and its causes and actively seek the solutions of trade friction for the development of China＇s foreign trade. This thesis analyzed new features and internal causes of China＇s trade friction and proposed corresponding countermeasures. |
