南海海绵化学成分的研究

本论文样品采集地于湛江近海海域,利用有机溶剂石油醚,三氯甲烷,正丁醇和乙酸乙酯提取海绵中的化学成分,用凝胶色谱(GPC),气相—质谱联用仪(GC/MS),高效液相和液质联用仪等光谱技术进行鉴定,分析海绵含有的化学成分。实验结果表明,此次采摘的海绵中含有多种化合物,并确实了其中Hexanedioic acid bis(2-ethyLhexyL)ester、n-Hexadecanoic acid、1,3-CycLopentanedione、2,4-dimethyL-,1,2-DithioLane-3-pentanoic acid Tetradecanoic acid五种化合物,26种化合物的分子量,但还有多种物质还有待进一步分析。

Research on Chemical Component of Sponge in Sourth China Sea

In this study,we collected sponge sample from Zhanjiang offshore sea area,and sponge ingredient were extracted by organic solvent benzine,chloroform,normal butyl alcohol and ethyl acetate,and identified and analyzed with the spectroscopic technique such as gel permeation chromatography（GPC）,gas chromatopraphy-mass spectrometry（GC/MS）,liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer（LC-MS）.The data indicates that the sponge has many kinds of compound,and affirms five kinds of compound such as hexanedioic acid,bis（2-ethyLhexyL） ester,n-Hexadecanoic acid,1,3-CycLopentanedione,2,4-dimethyL-,1,2-DithioLane-3-pentanoic acid,and 26 kinds of compound molecular weights,but also has many kinds of matter also to wait for further analysis.
