| Abstract: | The promulgation of the new law on guarding state secretes is in line with the new situation and new tasks.The paper analyzed the enlightenment of new law to army secretes guarding work from three aspects which is meaningful for the implementation of the new law and strengthening of army secrets guarding work under new situation. |
