浅析青少年视力问题及保健

在我国二十世纪八十年代以前,近视的发病率很低,中小学生中为数很少。婴幼儿时期,眼球较小,常为生理性远视。随着年龄及身体的增长,眼轴逐渐加长,至而渐趋正常。而八十年代以后,中小学生课程增多,学习任务繁重,导致近视症患者大幅度增加。中小学生自我保健意识差,阅读时姿势不正或在电视、电脑屏幕前久视,都会引起近视。如若照明不良,字体过小,会更加速近视的发展。
