离休老干部的心理问题及其护理对策研究

目的:通过研究离休老干部的心理问题,从而找到相应的护理对策。方法:对495例离休老干部的心理问题进行总结分析,同时给予积极的心理护理。结果:离休老干部常常存在离休综合征、空巢综合征、神经症等心理问题,制定尊重老年人格、营造良好的家庭环境等护理措施,能明显改善或消除他们的心理问题。结论:离休老干部普遍存在心理问题,护理人员做好心理护理工作能保证离退休老干部的身心健康,提高其生活质量。

Study on Psychological Problems of Retired Veteran Cadres and Their Nursing

Objective：To study the psychological problems of retired veteran cadres in order to find the appropriate nursing strategy.Methods：Analyze and summarize 495 cases of the psychological problems of retired veteran cadres,and provide positive psychological care.Results：Retired veteran cadres often have psychological problems such as retired syndrome,empty nest syndrome,neurosis etc.It can be significantly improved or eliminated through conducting nursing care such as respecting for format of the old,creating a good family environment.Conclusion：Retired veteran cadres generally have psychological problems.Nurses do well nursing care can ensure the health of retired veteran cadres and improve their quality of life.
