摘    要:大力推广标准化农业,促进农业结构调整,促进农民增收、农业增效,是质量技监部门服务社会主义新农村建设的重要举措。发展农业标准化工作是为了增强农产品市场竞争力,这就要求质量技监部门利用其技术优势着力推广特色农产品生产加工技术,以标准化生产、经营为纽带,带动衣户规模化生产和产业化经营;加强农产品质量检测体系建设,有效提升农产品质量水平,打造农业品牌;加强农业标准化体系建设,以标准创新带动产品升级,以产品升级抢占国内外市场等方面有所作为,努力为社会主义新农村建设当好技术推进器。

Abstract:To promote standardized agriculture and agricultural restructuring and increases peasant income, agricultural efficiency are the important measure that quality and technical supervision departments serve for building a new socialist countryside. Standardized agriculture is to enhance the market competitiveness of agricultural products, which requires quality and technical supervision departments to use its technological advantages efforts to promote processing technology of local agricultural products production, take standardized production and operating as the link to led large-scale production and industrial management of farmers; strengthen the quality inspection system of agricultural products, and effectively enhance the quality of agricultural products, to create agricultural brand; strengthen agricultural standardization system in order to promote product upgrades by standards of innovation and in order to seize the domestic and international markets by product upgrades, to strive for building a new socialist countryside.
