| 摘 要： | 在城镇化加速发展的今天,越来越多的农民在土地征用的过程中成为失地农民,而他们的后期保障问题已成为影响我国和平崛起的重要议题。笔者正是就此加以分析提出修定法律法规、明确公权范围、赋予农民更多参与权、在养老保险、医疗保险与就业保障方面确保失地后农民老有所依,实现城乡的共同健康稳步发展。

| Abstract: | In today＇s accelerated development of urbanization, more and more farmers lost land in land acquisition process, and their post-impact protection has become an important topic of China＇s peaceful rise. So we propose to revise laws and regulations, give farmers more rights, strengthen social insurance and employment protection and so on. |
