摘    要:意识决定行为,乘务员的服务意识决定着服务行为和服务态度,加强乘务员服务意识的培养,有助于提高航空公司的服务质量和经济效益。本文就空中乘务员应具备的服务意识及服务意识的培养方法进行探讨。

Abstract:Consciousness determines behavior, thus the service consciousness of a flight attendant determines the service behavior and service attitude. Strengthening the cultivation of service consciousness of flight attendants helps to improve the service quality and economic benefits of airlines. This article researches on the service consciousness that a flight attendant should possess and the training methods of service consciousness.
