| 摘 要： | 加强水政监察规范化建设,对于促进水利法制体系建设和推动水利改革与发展都具有重要意义。开展水政监察规范化建设是全面贯彻实施《水法》及水法规的需要;是完善社会主义法制建设的需要;是加强和改善水行政执法,提高执法力度的需要;是建立执法良性运行机制,强化监督检查的需要。为此,结合工作实际,谈一点对加强水政监察规范化建设的粗浅看法。
