| 摘 要： | 通过对成栋学院构建"以寝室为单元,以班级为单位"新型学生管理科学体系的介绍,从寝室管理和班级管理两个方面进行具体阐述,分别提出几点建议,为继续推行和深入实施新型学生管理科学体系提供一些思路和方法,以期为独立学院学生管理工作和思想政治工作探索出一条有效途径。

| Abstract: | Though the introduction of new-type students management scientific system of ＂ dormitory as a sub-unit,the class as a unit＂ in Chengdong college,the managements of dormitory and classroom were described and a few suggestions were specifically put forward,providing some scientific ideas and methods for the continued and in-depth implementation of the new type student management system in hope to explore an effective way for the independent school management and ideological and political work. |
