既有住宅建筑非自然力的安全性能综合评价研究

摘    要:住宅建筑作为我国特殊商品之一,其安全性应当放在首位,而目前尚无专业的住宅安全性能评价方法,本文通过对既有住宅建筑非自然力的安全性影响因素评价指标体系的建立,应用模糊综合评价方法,对既有住宅建筑进行可行的、科学的安全性能评价,真实反映既有住宅建筑的安全性能状况,为政府、开发商、居住者进行既有住宅建筑安全性能评估提供一定的科学依据。

Abstract:Residential construction is one of the China's special commodities,its safety should be put in the first place.And at present,there is no method to professionally evaluate residential safety performance.Based on the establishment of existing residential buildings safety influencing factors evaluation index system,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the feasible and scientific safety performance of existing residential building is evaluated,making it have a more realistic response to China's existing residential buildings safety performance status,and providing a scientific basis for the evaluation of existing residential buildings safety performance for the government,developers and the purchasers of the house.
