基于模糊综合评判的本科课堂教学满意度研究

摘    要:本文对当前本科生课堂教学满意度现状进行了分析,通过访谈调查的形式掌握第一手资料,参考同类文献对本科课堂教学满意度的指标体系进行分析和设计,并运用模糊综合评价方法,建立本科课堂教学满意度模型并加以验证。结果发现:当前工商管理专业大部分本科生对课堂教学满意度为一般,高校应该对本科生的教学环节加以改进。文章对提高本科生的培养质量具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

Abstract:In this paper,we analysed current situation which is satisfaction of teaching for undergraduate,through the first material from the questionnaire.And gave the evaluation system of satisfaction of teaching for undergraduate referred to the documents on the same topic.Then we used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,to establish the performance evaluation model of satisfaction of teaching for undergraduate.Our result shows most undergraduates are not satisfied with the quality of teaching,the university should improve the quality of teaching.It had great theoretical and practical significance in raising quality of the undergraduates.
