民办高校教师需要的特点及其激励研究

民办高等教育自改革开放以来,经历了快速的发展,已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。在民办高校,教师是影响学校生存和发展的核心要素。本文通过问卷调查法获得民办高校教师需要的特点,并就如何完善民办高校教师激励机制提出相关建议,以期调动广大教师的积极性和创造性,提高教育教学质量,促进民办高校的稳定和持续发展。

Research on Features and Motivation Mechanism of Teachers' Needs in Private Colleges

With the quick development of private higher education, private colleges have been an important part of higher education in our country since the reform and opening up.At private colleges, the teacher is the core element of the survival and development of private colleges. In the paper, the author obtained the features of the teachers＇ needs at private colleges through questionnaire survey, and also puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the motivation mechanism at private colleges so as to arouse teachers＇ enthusiasm and creativity and to improve the teaching quality, then to promote the stable and sustainable development of private colleges.
