| Abstract: | Good pre-construction planning of hydropower projects is an important prerequisite for the construction of hydropower projects.Pre-construction planning can avoid all risks of enterprises,and has a positive effect on maximizing benefits and value of enterprises.This paper analyzed the importance and situation of pre-construction planning of hydropower projects and assessment of business conditions,and summed up the specific work of good pre-construction planning and assessment of operating conditions. |
