基于挣值分析的施工项目物资成本控制

目前,国内各施工企业施工技术相对成熟,但在施工过程中的管理水平仍较为有限,对占到项目成本60%-70%的工程物资缺乏有效的管理控制,因此本文引入了挣值管理理论,并以实例分析了挣值理论在项目物流成本管理中应用的可行性。研究表明,挣值管理方法能够对项目物流成本进行集成管理,它为管理者更好地掌握和控制项目运行状况提供了决策依据。

Materials Cost Control in Building Based on Earned Value Theory

At present,the domestic construction business construction technology is relatively mature,but in the construction process,the level of management is still relatively limited,accounting for 60%-70% project cost of the project supplies is lack of effective management control.This article introduces the earned value management theory and examples of the earned value cost management theory in the project logistics feasibility of the application.The results show that earned value project management method can make integrated management of logistics cost,and provide a basis for better grasping and controlling the project operating conditions.
