高压SVG中IGBT串联均压电路分析

摘    要:绝缘栅型双极晶体管(IGBT)的串联运行可以显著扩充IGBT的容量,但同时也带来了均压失衡的问题。为了消除IGBT均压过程中的过电压,本文采用了一种控制容易,结构简单的均压辅助电路,并对其工作原理进行了详细的说明。通过分析表明,这种均压辅助电路可以显著的降低IGBT上产生的过电压,在工程上具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:The series operating of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) can significantly expand the capacity of IGBT, but also bring pressure imbalances. To eliminale the over-voltage in process of IGBT Pressure, we use a auxiliary circuit Pressure whose control is easy and structure is simple, and explain its working principle in detail. The analysis shows that this auxiliary circuit Pressure can significantly reduce the over-voltage of IGBT and has some reference value on the project.
