| 摘 要： | 军校研究生与导师沟通的有效性不仅关系到研究生个人的成长进步,也关系到和谐师生关系的构建,更关乎我军培养高层次人才宏伟战略的实现。军校研究生与导师之间存在着诸多沟通障碍,运用管理学的沟通理论对沟通障碍进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了克服研究生与导师沟通障碍的对策。
