| 摘 要： | OA系统是3C分销企业使用面最广的基础信息系统之一。本文的目的是分析OA在3C分销企业的定位和系统建设的需求特点,总结出系统选型对供应商资质、技术指标、商务条件、项目管理四个纬度关键评价要素。本文从为企业创造价值以及系统建设阶段性推进角度,提出先易后难、分步实施的系统建设思路。并通过某3C分销企业OA选型和实施的案例实践验证。 |

| Abstract: | Office Automation system（OA） is one of the most widely used in information system in 3C distributors.This paper analyzes the location and characteristics of the system building needs of OA system,stresses the four key selection criteria：supplier qualification,technical specifications,commercial terms,project management.In this paper,a implementation program of doing easy things first,building system step by step has been proposed to create value for the enterprise.A practical method of OA is presented by the case study of 3C distributors |
