| 摘 要： | 本文在论述了世行贷款资金对于我国林业生产重要作用的基础上,明确了对世行项目资金进行成本分析的重要意义,并指出了影响世行贷款造林项目资金成本大小的主要因素,最后,重点论证了降低我国世行贷款造林项目资金成本的主要措施。
