论洋务企业经营管理方式的变革

洋务企业是近代中国企业的重要组成部分，其经营管理方式经历了由官为主导到官商合作的过程。这种体制的运行，企业内部官商矛盾不可避免地爆发，在很大程度上制约着此类企业的进一步发展。因此，甲午战争以后，洋务企业的经营管理面临着革新的课题，最终导致洋务企业转变经营方针，成为商办或具有更多商办性的企业，在近代中国企业发展史上产生了深远的影响。

On the Change of Ways in Management Control of Foreign Enterprises

Foreign enterprises have become an imPOrtant part in the modern enterprises ofChina. And the ways of management control have experienced the process of the officersplaying a leading role to the co-operation of officers and business men. While this system runs,the contradictions between the officers and business men in the inner of the enterprises willinevitably arise, which limits greatly the further development of the enterprises. Thus, afterthe Sino-Japanese War, the management control of the foreign enterprises faced with aninnovational problem which finally led to the turning of management principles in the foreignenterprises run by business men or with more characters of business men and' has madeprofound influence on the development history of Chinese modern enterprises.
