新疆外来农民工劳动就业状况及存在的问题

国家统计局新疆调查总队通过对农民工就业的抽样调查分析,认为新疆农民工在就业费用、范围、稳定性等方面得到了较大改善,但农民工就业仍然存在劳动时间长,强度大,拖欠、克扣劳动报酬等问题。因此,各级党政机关和社会各界应高度重视农民工就业问题。

On Employment Conditions of Migrant Workers in Xinjiang

With the fast economic development in Xinjiang,industrialization and urbanization is speeding up,and plenty of surplus labors swarm into urban areas,infiltrate into all levels of society,and become a positive driving force for urban economic development.Migrant workers' problems have become hot concerns for all the society.Recently,the party committee of Xinjiang Autonomous Region and government has treated it as a significant strategic pursuit,and successively introduce the relative policy.Based on the random sampling from 500 migrant workers in Xinjiang,this paper displays and explores the migrants' living conditions and problems,which offers a good reference for relative decision-making.
