| 摘 要： | 加入ＷＴＯ后，江西既面临着引进外资的良好机遇，同时也面临着比较大的挑战，但总的说，是机遇大于挑战。为利用好入世给江西带来的机遇，使江西利用外资的水平和质量上一个新的台阶，江西要在改善投资环境和政策创新方面有大的突破，需要采取许多符合ＷＴＯ规则的政策措施。
