基于劳动力流动视角下的农村社会结构变迁研究

在农村改革进入到农村社会结构调整的新阶段后,中国传统的农村社会结构解构的速度加快。近几十年,大量农村剩余劳动力流出农村,更是加速着这一解构过程。从劳动力流动的视角,用经济学的分析方法,考察农村从乡土中国的差序社会结构格局向现代社会团体社会结构格局的转变过程。并对未来中国农村社会结构格局的发展做出合理展望。

Rural Community Structure Change Research Based On Labor Force Flowing Angle of View

After the rural reform enters a new stage of the rural community structural adjustment,Chinese traditional rural social structure accelerats deconstruction.In recent decades,a large numberof rural surplus labors flow out of the countryside that is to accelerate the process of this deconstruction.Fromthe perspective of labormobility,using analytical methods of economics,to study transformation process of Chinese rural areas which from differential social structure to association social structure pattern.At the same time,the reasonable forecast can be concluded forthe future development of China＇s rural social structure.
