我国金融腐败的制度分析与预防机制的建立

金融体制的改革是我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的重要内容。但是,由于多方面的原因使得金融领域特别是银行领域的大案要案频繁发生并给我国造成了重大的经济损失。因此从制度上分析我国金融领域腐败的基本原因以及如何有效地构建预防机制就有着重要意义。文章从发展中转型国家所具有的制度缺失的角度出发,对我国多发的金融腐败提出了相应的对策。

System Analysis and Establishment of Preventive Mechanism on Chinese Financial Corruption

The reform of financial system is important in the reform of socialist market economy.However,a large loss in financial field has been brought about owing to many reasons,especially to many law cases in the banking fields.Thus it is significant to analyze the basic reasons and establish the effective preventive mechanism.From the angle of system absence in developing and transferring countries,the countermeasures have been put forward to avoid Chinese financial corruption.
