| 摘 要： | 随着市场不断变化,为及时满足顾客的需求,提高对不可预测的市场变化做出快速、有效和合理的反应能力,每个企业都把已最大程度的响应市场作为他们追求的目标。但是如何评价企业响应市场的运行效果是企业迫切需要解决的问题,理论界对此缺乏研究。本文研究把层次分析法AHP应用于企业敏捷性评价系统中,同时介绍了有关算法模型,为研究改善企业的运行性能提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | With the continuous change of the market ,to satisfy the customer's demand on time , viewing the inscrutability market, each business shoud increase the reaction ability which include fleetness, validity, and responding on market in great degree has been done the target which each business purse.but how to measurement the performance of manufacturing enterprise is lacking. This paper researches the application method of AHP in manufacturing enterprise agility measurement,introduces the mode and algorithm. This research will be helpful for improve manufacturing enterprise operating peromance. |
