主要国际货币跨境清算结算体系研究

近年来,随着人民币国际化稳步推进,人民币跨境清算结算机制也在不断发展。顺应人民币国际化形势发展的需要,我国于2015年建立了人民币跨境支付系统(CI P S)。从全球范围看,在一种货币开始成为国际性货币的过程中,相应的跨境清算结算机制必不可少。文章对主要国际货币发行国跨境清算结算机制的特点进行梳理,并就此提出对我国发展人民币跨境清算系统的启示。

A Research on Cross-Border Payment,Clearing and Settlement Systems of Major International Currencies

In recent years,with the steady advancement of RMB internationalization,the RMB cross-border payment,clearing and settlement mechanism has also been developing.In response to the development of RMB internationalization,China established the RMB Cross-Border Interbank Payment System(CIPS)in 2015.From a global perspective,a cross-border payment,clearing and settlement mechanism is critical in the process of a currency becoming an international currency.The article sorts out the characteristics of the cross-border payment,clearing and settlement mechanisms of major currencies,and discusses their implications for the development of RMB cross-border payment system in China.
