考虑政府补贴的闭环供应链决策研究

考虑一个再制造商、一个电商回收平台和消费者构成的闭环供应链,对比分析不同的政府补贴方式与不同的平台回收模式下的4种回收情境。结果表明：回收模式的选择会影响平台的服务水平,并不会受到政府补贴的影响;回收量的多少不仅与政府补贴有关,还与再制造商的碳减排成本有关;碳减排补贴能实现更高的碳减排率,而产量补贴能实现供应链整体利润最大化。

Research on Closed-loop Supply Chain Decision-making Considering Government Subsidy

Considering a closed-loop supply chain consisting of a remanufacturer, an e-commerce recycling platform and consumers, four recycling scenarios under different government subsidy methods and different platform recycling modes are compared and analyzed. The results show that the choice of recycling mode will affect the service level of the platform, and will not be affected by government subsidies .The amount of recycling is not only related to government subsidies, but also to the carbon emission reduction costs of remanufacturers. Carbon emission reduction subsidies can achieve higher carbon emission reduction rates, and production subsidies can maximize the overall profit of the supply chain.
