摘    要:为系统识别决策智能领域研究态势,可视化展示研究热点与趋势,采用文献计量方法,以中国知网2002—2023年决策智能相关文献作为数据来源,利用CiteSpace可视化软件对文献进行数据挖掘,绘制发文时空演化、作者与研究机构、研究热点及前沿趋势知识图谱。结果表明:决策智能领域的年发文量呈技术成熟度曲线特征;领域作者分散,发文机构理工科背景居多且机构间联系相对松散,尚未形成核心研发团队;研究热点时序化演进,聚焦于人工智能、强化学习等9个方面;呈现出由专家系统、神经网络,向数据驱动、机器学习转变的趋势。目前关于决策智能的研究仍处于发展阶段,需要增强作者机构之间的合作关系,建立完善的理论体系,加速数字化转型,促进决策智能的发展。

Knowledge Graph Analysis of Research Situation in the Field of Decision Intelligence
Abstract:To identify the research trends in the field of intelligent decision-making and visualize the hotspots and trends, a bibliometric approach is emploied to analyse the data from relevant literature in the CNKI database from 2002 to 2023. CiteSpace software is used to mine the literature data and draw knowledge maps of the temporal and spatial evolution of the research, authors and institutions, research hotspots, and frontiers. The results show that the annual publication volume in the field of intelligent decision-making follows a technology maturity curve. The authors in the field are dispersed, and most of the publishing institutions have a science and engineering background, with relatively loose connections between them, indicating that a core research and development team has not yet been established. The research hotspots have evolved over time and are currently focused on nine areas, including artificial intelligence and reinforcement learning. The trend is shifting from expert systems and neural networks to data-driven and machine learning. It is found that research on intelligent decision-making is still in the development stage, and there is a need to enhance cooperation between authors and institutions, establish a comprehensive theoretical system, accelerate digital transformation, and promote the development of intelligent decision-making.
