基于近场声全息的故障诊断技术研究综述

摘    要:机械设备的故障检测在设备管理中具有重要意义,及时发现潜在的早期故障隐患能够有效避免重大事故的发生。目前,机械设备的故障检测主要基于振动信号分析,非接触式模态数据的采集与分析方法处于发展阶段。梳理以声场传播为基础的近场声全息技术,分析不同算法的基本原理和特点以及发展现状,并对算法中的优化方法进行探讨。最后,展望了近场声全息技术的发展方向。

A Research Review of Fault Diagnosis Technology Based on Near-field Acoustic Holography
Abstract:Fault detection of mechanical equipment plays an important role in equipment management. It can effectively avoid major accidents by discovering potential early fault hazards in time. At present, the fault detection of mechanical equipment is mainly based on vibration signal analysis, and the acquisition and analysis of non-contact modal data progress slowly. The near field acoustic holography technology based on sound field propagation is reviewed, the basic principles, characteristics and development status of different algorithms are analyzed, and the optimization methods in the algorithms are discussed. Finally, the development direction of near field acoustic holography technology is prospected.
