三氧化二锑阻燃剂的制备及表面改性研究

摘    要:以三氯化锑为原料,采用水解法制备三氧化二锑,系统地研究了影响三氧化二锑产率的各种因素。为改善三氧化二锑与非极性聚合物材料结合力较差的情况,对三氧化二锑进行了表面改性研究,将其与氢氧化镁阻燃剂进行复配,研究了阻燃协效剂对软质PVC体系的阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明,三氧化二锑的制备的最佳工艺条件是VHC l∶V无水乙醇=1∶1,反应温度是318 K,三氯化锑初始反应质量浓度为0.24 g/mL。改性后的三氧化二锑大大提高了软质PVC体系的阻燃性能。

Abstract:Preparation of antimony trioxide was studied by hydrolysis method with antimony trichloride as raw materials,several factors influencing productivity rate were discussed in preparation.Antimony trioxide must be modified to improve compatility between antimony trioxide and non-polar polymer.Complex of Antimony trioxide and magnesium hydroxide flame retardant was made and effect of flame retardant synergist on flame retardancy of flexible polyvinyl chloride(PVC) system was studied.Experimental results showed that the best condition in preparation of antimony trioxide was V(HCl)∶V(CH3CH2OH)=1∶1,reaction temperature was 318 K,and initial concentration of antimony trichloride was 0.24 g/mL.The flame retardancy of flexible PVC system could be improved markedly by modified antimony trioxide.
